A. The age at which teething starts varies...in fact some babies are even born with teeth! The average age is around 6 months old, but HexNex Teething Jewellery is suitable from birth. It works also as a breastfeeding aid to help keep focus and concentration and makes a great sensory toy for little hands to fiddle with.

A. Teething Jewellery is suitable for any Mum and Baby! The BPA free silicone is safe to chew on and easy to clean and the bright colours make a great fashion accessory for Mums. It is important to remember though that this jewellery is made for adults and should never be worn by children or given to them to play with without supervision.

Q. "How do I clean the jewellery?"
A. The best way to clean the jewellery is with hot soapy water or with a disinfectant wipe (we think Milton works really well!) then leave to air dry. The bangles are also dishwasher safe (top shelf only). Clean your jewellery often and check regularly for any signs of wear.

Q. "Which payment methods do you accept?"
A. Purchase through our website using your credit or debit card. Alternatively, you can pay using your PayPal account. Or, pay using Klarna and opt to delay your payment for 30 days, or pay in 3 instalments over a 3 month period. It's the safe, flexible way to pay, that makes shopping work in the way you need it to.

Q. "What is your returns policy?"
A. Should you wish to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us in an unused condition and still within their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and the item must be received back to us within 30 days of the original purchase. We are also happy to accept exchanges, just get in touch to arrange this.
